We built the 250 lb combat robot Switchback for the latest season of BattleBots (2022) with a team of 11 engineers.  With an 80 lb drum spinner on the end of a 180 degree articulating arm, Switchback is full of engineering challenges.  And we had only 3 months to get it working…
